Charles Scott
Originally from Tucson Arizona, Chef Charles has
been a pastry chef for more than 20 years.
He received his formal training at the
International Pastry Arts Center in White Plains
NY, under the tutelage of Master Pastry Chef
Albert Kumin who was the pastry chef for Four
Seasons Hotels, The White House and Windows
of the World.
Historical Fire House in
Julian, CA
In 2003 the Historical Fire House Building
of Julian, California became the business location
for Candied Apple Pastry
Company. Chef Charles utilizes scratch
production in all styles of the Pastry Arts:
Wedding Cakes, Specialty Cakes, Chocolates,
Breads, Pastries and Centerpieces.
In the mountain community of Julian, you will find
Chef Charles & Chef Crystal creating a fresh
full menu of sweet things that are irresistible.
Come in for a cup of fine coffee, espresso, latte,
select a pastry to savor and then order a dessert
for that special occasion.
